The other night I REALLY wanted to have enchildadas, so I decided to make some! I also made the Spanish rice for the very first time in my life from Scratch! I couldn't believe how yummy they turned out. I snapped some pictures and tried to be all photographery and take a couple close up shots. Super yummy!
