Hōkūle`a's first Scar :o(

The day after Thanksgiving I decided to start packing a few items for our upcoming move. Hoku was following me around by holding onto the wall and boxes. She slipped and hit her head on the side of our bed. It immediately split open and started to bleed. I was totally freaked out.

Hoku cried for only about 5 minutes and then seemed to be fine.

Thankfully the bleeding subsided. But we took her to the after hours clinic anyway.  She didn't need stitches but will most likely have a little scar.

My poor baby. Unfortunately I know this will be first of many bumps to come.  She's still cute as ever!
